President
Bill joined Tessiers in 2016, taking on roles in Business Development and Project Management. In 2020, he was promoted to Vice President, where he oversaw contract operations across the organization. In 2026, Bill was appointed President of Tessiers, reflecting his strong leadership and commitment to operational excellence.
Throughout his career with Tessiers, Bill has remained focused on fostering a culture that prioritizes safety, drives success, and supports the development of the company’s highly skilled teammates.
Prior to joining Tessiers and APi Group, Bill served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a foundation of leadership and discipline.
Bill earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2006 and his Master of Business Administration in 2011.
He resides in Sioux Falls with his wife and three daughters.
Shawn Kast
Vice President
Shawn joined Tessiers in 2008 as a Foreman, bringing hands-on field expertise and strong leadership to the organization. In 2014, he advanced to the role of Project Manager, where he successfully led projects while continuing to build strong client relationships.
In 2019, Shawn was promoted to Operations Leader, assuming broader responsibility for operational performance and team development. In 2026, he was named Vice President, recognizing his significant contributions to the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Throughout his career, Shawn has remained committed to delivering high-quality results, developing strong teams, and upholding Tessiers’ standards of safety and performance.
He resides in Sioux Falls with his wife.
