The position is involved with the design, estimation, construction, and project management for construction projects in the commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional sectors. Qualifications include a BS in mechanical engineering or construction management or three to five years of experience in the industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is a must as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills to go with a high level of organization and time management skill.
Position: Residential Sheet Metal Installer
Location: Rapid City, SD
Join one of the best employers in Rapid City as a residential sheet metal installer. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and an opportunity to enter a skilled trade program. Duties include fabrication, assembly, and installation of residential ductwork as well as other heating and cooling products. This position does include frequent lifting, bending, and overhead work. Must be able to work on ladders and lifts, use hand tools and machinery, and pass a pre-work physical and drug screen. Ability to understand and follow blueprints and drawings is a plus. Valid driver’s license required as light travel may occur.

Position: Safety Director
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Tessiers Mechanical Contracting (www.tessiersinc.com), the Midwest’s premier mechanical contractor, has an immediate opening for a full time Construction Safety Director based in Sioux Falls SD. The Construction Safety Director will be involved in all aspects of the company’s safety, risk management, and loss prevention activities including, but not limited to; conducting construction-site evaluations, training employees on current safety policies, conducting safety meeting, developing and implementing new safety guidelines, overseeing the driver safety program, and participate in APi Group’s Safety Leadership Group. This position will report directly to the President. The position will be based in Sioux Falls, but will travel to various work sites in South Dakota and surrounding regions during the day. Some overnight stays will be required (approximately 3-5 days a month). A work vehicle will be provided. Salary commensurate with experience.
